About Us
Designcore Limited works on projects of any size from small extensions to major developments, from construction work to final decoration.
We can undertake any aspect of a project including:
- Providing design concepts and plan proposals
- Detailed construction packages, CAD drawings, specifications and scope of works for contractors
- Planning applications and Building Regulation submissions
- Appointment of specialist consultants i.e. structural engineers, surveyors and planning supervisors
- Overseeing the construction process through to completion
Fees
Our services are tailored to your specific needs and so is our fee.
We will provide a fixed fee quotation to prospective clients following a free preliminary on-site consultation.
Once appointed our fees are due in incremental stages based on the completion of phases of the design process so you only pay us for the work we actually do.
